Consumer Redressal

Sir/ Madam, I have taken pos terminal for my outlet from mswipe technologies in August last year and paid the rental for one year and pos machine cost in advance. But in February 21 I faced problems in doing transactions, same thing was complained to customer service 4 to 5 times till now but the problem is not resolved hence I lost my sales and business due to that, please guide me.
