I had booked a ticket on Air India on 8th April (Date of Issue), with Date of Journey (DOJ): 29th April, 2021 from "New Delhi to Prayagraj" for 3 travellers.
After few days, I got an email saying that the "The flight is no more operational" and hence, I contacted Air India Customer Support for my Refunds. The Booking Reference for the 3 tickets is: "Y54JY", and the flight number is: "AI 9603".
Since then, we have been contacting Customer Support almost everyday and they keep saying that your "Your refund is still in processing" and would take almost 30 days.
It's been 3.5 months now, and it seems, no actions have been taken by Air India against the refund process. E-Ticket numbers for the 3 travellers are: 0984723047046, 0984723047047, 0984723047048, with name Minakshi Pandey, Pooja Pandey and Pranamika Pandey, respectively. And the RA numbers generated are:

Hence, I request you to please help us get our valuable Refunds soon.
