Booked a flight from Frankfurt to Delhi with Vistara through Goibibo. Both companies falsely advertise that Germany is now open to travellers. But Germany is not issuing visas. When I contacted Vistara within 24 hours to have my booking cancelled, they refused. And now as I am trying to cancel the booking, I am not getting a full refund. I am losing 50% of my booking amount.

Kindly request both the companies to resolve the matter between them and help me get a full refund for the cancellation. Thanks!
