Consumer Redressal

This post is my experience with one Nice Packers & Movers in Najafgarh, New Delhi. Their GSTIN is 07GVCPS9174J1ZS Their website is www.nicepackersandmovers.in Their address is Plot No. 10, Street No. 5A, Sarika Vihar, Deenpur, Najafgarh, New Delhi - 110043 It is run by Anup Singh (9582277860) and Ajit Singh (9582277861). I had booked my household items and my bike from Gurgaon to Samastipur in Bihar on 27th June 21 which according to them would have taken 7-8 days. They charged me Rs. 15,000 for this, which is on the higher side. However their packaging was good. Firstly, they made me wait 25 days to receive my goods & made various excuses like vehicle breakdown, traffic etc. and on top of that when they delivered the goods 2 of my bags were missing and my bike was damaged. When I called them to ask about it they were not picking my calls at first and when they did, they bluntly said we dont know where your bags are and told me that they will search for it. But in reality they never made an effort to find my luggage. They had specifically lost my trolley bags that would have appeared expensive out of all my luggage. I lost all my clothes for summer as well as for winter. The approx value of my loss would be to the tune of Rs. 20,000. Now I'm left helpless bearing that loss due to not researching enough and trusting these fraudsters. I just want to spread awareness so no one else falls in their trap. Please avoid Nice packers and movers at all cost. Also kindly suggest what are my options here.
