Dear Team, I want to bring to your notice that I booked the return flights from Delhi to Seychelles from Make my Trip of following passengers Sonakshi Meena - Booking Id:NN7912652221894 PNR: LBBFST Booking No- 0613318909082 Shubham Singh - Booking Id: NN7812652221432 PNR: LZDIKP Bookin No: 0613318909056 As flights were scheduled to depart in the month of April, but due to COVID scare it was postponed till further notice. Thereafter few months I received a mail stating to reschedule the flights or airlines are creating a credit voucher equivalent to the booking amount, but since then there has been no communication via mails either from MMT or airlines. On MMT website and app when I tried to raise a refund request there was some kind of error popping up and page was not opening and same problem is still persisting and status of flight is being shown as completed. So recently I spoke to the executive officer from Air India on telephone and here I was informed to sent a mail to you people briefing my problem. I have send various mails to your team but still have had no response. So I humbly request your team to kindly issue me a credit voucher equivalent to the amount of the tickets booked so that in future I can utilize it for other domestic flight bookings.
