This is a request for an issue of refunds for AIR INDIA flights cancelled at your end. The details of which are as follows: 1) AIR INDIA flight no- AI-452 on 23rd April, 2021 departing at 17:55 from Visakhapatnam Passenger details as follows: Sl. No Passenger Name E- Ticket No 1 Abhay Pandey 0984721983639 2 Karishma Tiwari 0984721983640 The above flights were booked through Flipkart Travels and Invoice and Tickets are attached for your ready reference. The flights were arbitrarily cancelled at your end and no intimation of the same was given to passengers either through email or SMS. The travel agents demand for intimation from airlines for cancellation of flights to process my refund. I have launched the complaint with AIR INDIA and the ticket number for the same is- 09066275 It has been four months and no resolution has been made for my complaint. I expect a swift action from your end before I escalate the matter further. I am a government employee working for a PSU and hope AIR INDIA understands the anguish and pain I am in due to the lackadaisical attitude from your side as it is the hard earned money of an honest tax paying Citizen.
