I purchased a 22 Karat gold item on 1.11.2013, Dhanteras day from M.C Sarkar jewellers at AE 336, Salt Lake, Kolkata. They happen to be govt. approved jewellers. Although the gold rate for 22 carat gold was Rs.2861/- for 22 karat gold in Kolkata, I was charged Rs. 3049 per gm.
Attaching the scanned copy of the bill. Kindly help me in getting me back the excess amount charged by the jewellers.
