I have a credit card of RBL Bank 5369 0773 7062 5107 . which i have not used till date I want to close this card and for which I have request Bank over mail to close my card , my request is not considered by bank till date. just they continuously sending annual charges to pay and every month they are adding fees & charges amount 400rs WHICH IN USED ONCE ALSO . in this pandemic situation it is very difficult to pay for me but they are not listening my request. So, I request to please resolve my problem.
