Consumer Redressal

I had made advance booking of 11 tickets with Vaishno Devi Helicopter Services company at the rate of Rs.2800/- per person (i.e. Rs.30800/- in total)for Vaishnodevi yatra dated 18th April 2020. On 17th and 18th February 2020 I had made online transfer of Rs.15400/- and Rs.15400/- respectively(i.e.Rs.30,800/- total booking amount). Due to the travel ban imposed by Government of India due to Corona pandemic; On 02nd April 2020 I had made request to Vaishno Devi Helicopter Company through mail to Email ID - vaishnodevy@gmail.com to cancel our advance booking of Vaishnodevi yatra dated 18th April 2020 and requested to make refund of amount Rs.30800/- to the same bank account from which I had made the online transfer. After repeatedly requesting since past one year and even after the announcement made by the Government of India to return the advance booking amount back the refund amount is not been transferred/deposited in my bank account.
