Hi,
This is regarding my phone Sony Xperia Neo L purchased on 07/Sept/2012.
The phone display gets damaged[Blacked out] for no reason.
Even though my phone was under warranty I was asked to pay for the charges.
Not even a month after the repair the same thing repeated.
I was again asked to pay.
And this is now happening very frequently.
In months Oct-Nov I have repaired the display 4 times.
Spoke to the manager and the service engineer regarding this, they believe this is a problem with this specific mobile model and they would not be able to do anything much about the issue.
Please look at the issue and resolve at the earliest.
