Consumer Redressal

This is with reference to the booking of Retail shop in Elvedor project of Imperia Structures Ltd. located in Sector 37C Gurgaon. I have done the booking in Nov 2012. The agreement was signed in 7th Oct 2014. As per the agreement the possession to be held in Oct 2019. However the project is on hold since long. Despite multiple followups there is no update and the visibility of the project. I have paid 17Lakhs around 60% of the payment as per the Construction linked plan.
