SBI bank has upgraded my credit card to the elite SBI credit card & charges Rs 4999/- as annual Fee. Bank representative said that no charges are involved in this. How can I pay the charges. I am not in a position to pay the Annual charges. I am a bonafide customers & I am worrying that my CIBIL Score will be affected in future
