Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using SBI simply save credit card since two years, at a time of application sales executive committed no annual charges only one time apply charges which will be refund in the form of points.
Now they levied Rs. 499 + applicable charges on this credit card, the same they levied last year as well. Last year it didn't come to my knowledge and as a normal bill i paid it.
Sir this is the second instance with me that previously happened with HDFC bank and now with SBI, feeling kind of cheating with SBI.
Request you to intervene and provide a solution for this issue, So I cheated they can't cheat anyone else.
