Consumer Redressal

I had booked my luggage through Raj Logistics Silliguri by a person named Vinod from silliguri to wellington on posting. I made full payment, loaded the truck and packed it with ropes and cover. Vinod told me that the vehicle has started to Wellington. In meanwhile he opened my luggage and loaded another load in the vehicle without informing me. Because of this my luggage got damaged. The truck was delayed by 4 days. Vinod loaded two loads and did not make payment to the truck owner because of which the truck owner parked the truck with in Chennai and did not let it move and it got delayed. The truck was delayed and Vinod stopped responding to my calls, I had to call the truck owner. The owner demanded the money which the Raj Logistics had to pay. Vinod did not pay and I had to pay extra amount to let the truck move as I was facing difficulties without luggage. finally after I paid extra the truck arrived Wellington. I asked vinod to pay the amount to me which I paid to move the truck since he was not responding , Vinod denied and tells me to confesticate the documents of truck and courier him. Is this I am supposed to do to get my money back which I paid extra. Raj Logistics took money separately for both loads and did not pay the owner adequately. this service needs to be black listed. I got my luggage 4 days late , damaged and had to. pay extra. how can someone touch my luggage after I pay for full truck and load other luggage. then pay extra to move the truck. please take needful action.
