Sir,
I had booked flight ticket with Air Asia(Booking No. YZT1MC) 1.5 year. before. Due to Covid they cancelled the flight and provided with refund option. Case Number 71203430 was given to me. Later on they approved my case and sent me an email dated 09/09/2020 mentioning that, we are issuing refund against this Booking No. YZT1MC and case No. 71203430. I am following up with Air Asia since last 6 months for the refund but nothing is happening. They are cheating me and sent email with that, the case is closed without any refund of amount and fooling me. I called Air Asia Customer Care/Call Centre No. +91-80-46662222, it is only ringing. Please note, I purchased Flight Ticket at Air Asia Counter at Mumbai Domestic Airport terminal and obtained the ticket and they cheated me by closing my case No. 71203430 with out refunding amount paid for flight ticket.
