Hi,
I have booked flight ticket with Spicejet (PNR Number D7FB2C & O94WHC) 1.5 year. before. Due to covid they has cancelled the flight and provided credit shell. Later on they came to me that we are issueing refund against this PNR. I am following up with spicejet from last 6 months for the refund but nothing is happening.
They are cheating with customer's and making fool.
Everytime i call them they mention that it will take 7 days to process the refund but its been 6 months and we have not received refund.
