I had booked air ticket through IRCTC for Air India flight AI 821 Jammu to Srinagar vide transaction no 2006534433 for 05.02.2021 and for Flight no AI 822 Srinagar to Jammu for 07.02.2021 vide transaction no 2006534765 ,request for cancelling these tickets was made 0n 03.02.2021 through email which was duly acknowledged by IRCTC .Telephonic enquiries made and emails sent to IRCTC has not yielded any result and refund amount has been withheld for more than 4 months
