Consumer Redressal

i made a payment on Koovs.com which as per the message received went through but there is no confirmation of order placed from koovs.com. i raised email complaint with them as calls were not answered. it is pathetic service from them. i was shipping gift to someone important which did not happen due to this error. i need compensation. I feel this is a fraud as i have not got a call from your side also we do not have any options to chose from the automated messages that we receive when we call in such situations to your given contact number... a very un-systemised way of selling online..
