Dear Sir,
I have booked flight ticket form Mumbai to Kannur on through Ease My Trip in Go Air. Booking Reference is UBY2GD dated 20/042021.
Fligth number G8330 was cancelled on the booking date 27/04/2021 by airline due to technical reason. I have been following up with Ease My Trip custome care they have asked to intiate the cancellation of the ticket in their website. I have done this 2 weeks back, but they are not refund the money.
As as service provider Ease My Trip is liable for returning the money for cancelled ticket. Please initiate action against the company and arrange to refudn the amout Rs.11708 with interest.
