Hi,
I booked my Air Asia ticket (REF998104563) from Pune to Delhi and return via Travolook.com on May 2 2021. The total amount deducted was INR 5195 for the booking, and the booking status remained "in process" for a while but eventually I received the cancellation mail. When I approached Travolook officials, they said that flight was cancelled by the air lines due to operational reasons and the money shall get refunded within 10-15 working days. It's been 15 working days past the booking and I haven't received my refund, and over that the Travolook officials are also not answering my email requests.
