Dear Sirs, Last year in Feb 2020, I book air ticket for Delhi-Perth-Delhi of Thai Airways through MAKEMYTRIP.com. The flight departure schedule was 27th March 2020 and return 12th June 2020. But due to COVID 19, schedule flights were cancelled and I requested MAKEMYTRIP.COM to cancelled the tickets and refund the amount paid. Subsequently, as informed, MAKEMYTRIP.com, raised refund request to Thai Airways for refund vide request number RA5529303 dated 3rd May 2020. But even after following up monthly basis with MAKEMYTRIP.COM and THAI AWAYS, I still to get the refund. Hence request for help. Following are the details of my booking. - Makemytrip booking ID - NN2118052828036, dated 22nd Feb 2020. (Ticket number ;-217-3759505737) - Ticket for :- Delhi - Perth - Delhi - Flight Schedule :- DEP 27th March 2020, Return :- 12th June 2020. - Airline :- Thai Airways - Thai Airways PNR no. SQ84WC. The same ticket was cancelled due to COVID 19 on 19th March 2020. But ticket amount not refunded till date. - Makemytrip's refund application to Thai Airways :- 5529303 of dated 3rd May 2020.
