I booked a ticket by Air India for travel between Goa and London for my mother, travel date was 15/02/2021. The flight was cancelled by Air India. E-Ticket number is 0982134731624. The cancellation was done on 6/03/2021. Air India informed me that I would get a full refund. I have called customer care countless time enquiring about the refund. Every time I get an assurance that the refund would be effected within 48 hrs. Nothing has happened so far. E-mails to airindia-ecommerce remain unanswered.
