I got promotional call from Bajaj Fiserv for credit call which I see useful & opted for same. They asked me to have Rs. 499 as annual fee which can be waived off if I have Rs. 50000 annual transaction. I agreed and card reached to me. From last few days I am trying to reach there customer care but there is no option to talk with them on IVR so I dropped several mails to them. Now today on 17.05.2021 when I see latest statement, its showing Rs. 4999 as annual fee with GST. Again I tried to reach them but no response. Even I called directly to Bajaj Finserv but they also asked to call RBL only. I want to penalize them for fake promotional calls & cheating.
