Hi Team,
My Name is bhanu yadav.
I booked a flight on 18th of march from Delhi to indore for my father for Date 31st March 2021 on website TRAVOLOOK.IN but it got cancelled right away. Amount was 3402 rupees. its been 2 months now. Everytime i call they tell me same thing that due to technical difficulty refund has not be made and everytime they ask me to wait 7-10 workings day. i have called them after every 10 working days and they ask me to wait more.
Today they asked me again to wait 5 to 7 working days.
i have lost hope. Maybe someone can help.
