Dear Sir,
Sub.: Regard to refund of my cancelled Air tickets.
This is to inform you that, I booked Air tickets from Rajahmundry (RJY) to Varanasi (VSM) and back to Rajahmundry (RJY) via., Hyderabad, from 17th June to 20th June, in Indigo Airlines Vide PNR :- ZDWWS and paid Rs.22,475
Due to covid-19 the RJY-HYD flight was cancelled and others were rescheduled.
Because of cancellation and re-schedule, I requested for cancellation of all tickets and asked for
refund.
Received Rs.4,227/- from make my trip and a credit note for Rs.10,915/- from Indigo Air.
When contacted Indigo Air lines, they confirmed that, Rs. 10915/- was transferred to travel agency on 17.08.2020.
Copy of the mail from Indigo Air attached for your reference.
In spite of repeated requests to make mytrip, not received my balance amount.
Request you to please assist me in getting my refund.
