Consumer Redressal

Sir/Madam, in the month of February 2021, I booked 9 adult air tickets by Indigo airlines from HYB-CCU-GAU sector through Yatra.com, on 13.03.21 Indigo airlines informed that my flight 6E 353 is being cancelled by airlines and offered for Plan B options either to cancel the tickets with full refund or book tickets on an alternative route. But I opted for cancellation and made alternative flight tickets of my own choice from Hyderabad via Chennai to Guwahati from Hyderabad. And, it is pertinent to say that, Indigo airlines has settled my full refund of Rs. 55,863/- to the virtual ID of travel operator Yatra.com on 19.03.2021 without any delay and airlines has confirmed through a mail to me. My journey was commenced on 09.04.2021 and returned back to Hyderabad on same PNR on 13.03.2021. Further in anticipation of my legitimate full refund of fare, I was expecting from Yatra.com to my bank account accordingly. But, till date the same was not initiated by Yatra.com and their response to my mails was very weird. For every time, to my request to arrange my full refund, that are responding in a stereo type reply - ' WITH REFERENCE TO YOUR QUERY, AS PER REFERENCE NUMBER 1702210120295 YOUR REFUND OF RS.55,863/- HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND WILL TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS" and this answer they are maintaining since two months. Kindly do needful in redressal of my complaint at the earliest for which act of your kindness I shall ever remain grateful to you sir.
