Consumer Redressal

Hi, I booked the ticket for myself and my family (3) through https://www.travolook.in/contact-us today. They sent an email saying the ticket would be confirmed in 30 minutes. LAter a sales rep from https://www.travolook.in called me and said 1000+ rupees increased for each ticket cost that I have to pay to confirm the ticket. I argued why should I pay instead I asked to refund the money. He said he could refund but would deduct the cancellation fee. I asked him if the tickets are not confirmed then I was not ready to cancel. But while talking he disconnect my call and I got an email with tickets cancelled and https://www.travolook.in/contact-us took more than 5K from my ticket costs. I have not confirmed the cancellation but they cancelled it. Could you please help me get my refund fully or escalate this to the next level to behave with the customer like this?
