Hi ! so i recently booked a ticket through Travolook.in from Bangalore to Kolkata The following were the FRAUDULENT INFO which was sent to me via mail after i paid : 4064 INR . Reference No. : REF343654202. and after two minutes I have rcvd mail "reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason". I have asked for a refund and they haven't responded now .Later when i checked the reviews for this site it says a lot of people went through the same . also the payment went to " Wing in Travel Advisor" . Kindly help me get the refund . thanks so much. Already 10 days gone.
