Hi, I bought two Air India tickets Flight No AI- 143 for France- Paris, Charles De Gaulle dated - Departure Date 30 March 2020, from the travel agent Global Travel Agency Code ( 3333) based in Majnu ka Tilla ( Delhi). On 20th March The lockdown was imposed on the whole country. Now when I am looking for my refund travel agent is saying he didn't receive any refund from Air India. when I confirmed from Air India they confirmed that they can not find the same ticket number in their records, As per them, there is no booking, and the Eticket No. given by the agency is nonexistent or the same is a Fraud No. The ETKT: 098-3319753940and ETKT -098-3319753941 does not hold any significance The ticket number for both the tickets are mentioned below: ETKT 098 3319753940 & ETKT 098 331 9753941.( Does not have any correct coding or validity ) Travel Agency name- Global travel Travel Agent code- 3333. Air India airlines is not able to find these ticket ETKT numbers. I don't know what kind of tickets this travel agent provided me. I have paid him in Total Rs 25960+23870 = RS.49830 in Total. as I hold the tickets and vouchers. The bookings were done on 11th March 2020, The booking reference is :AMADEUS;MC7HLZ, AIRLINE : AI /JLTHO Under the given circumstances Please advise me a course of action against Travel Agent GLOBAL TRAVEL -code3333.
