Travolook is an airline ticket booking agency . I booked a ticket and cancelled the ticket on the same day due to some personal exigencies . Below are the details and amount refund confirmed by Go AIr: 1. BOM- VTZ :25TH MAY – Rs 4348 2. VTZ-BOM: 27th May – Rs 4596 This company is a fraud , they have escalated the price during booking time also and uses this practice everytime what i came to know after seeing the reviews . Now after cancelling the ticket , i have not got refund since more than 15 days . Last communication from Travolook is mentioned below : WOuld request you to take severe action .
