I had booked tickets on Jet Airways through the travel agent - Globe Forex and Travels in Feb, 2019. I had placed a cancellation request on 26th March and Jet Airways ceased operations on 18th April.
Now the travel agent is kind of harassing me stating that Jet has not paid the refund and that I need to pay up the costs. Also the invoices were sent to me only in Jun, 2019.
I have read online that Jet Airways has processed all refunds for cancellations made prior to suspension of operations on 18th April
Can I get some documentary evidence from a certified body and am I liable to pay anything?
