Dear Sir,
I have booked flight ticket for two travelers from Lucknow to Chandigarh on 16.12.2020. However due to some reason I have to cancel the ticket well before and I was told that I will received the refund of 4200/- and my cancellation with booking reference FMNAA3ENE30QM is queued.
In-spite of regular follow up on telephone and emails, I am not getting the response from Via.com. Neither I haven't received any refund nor any response from Via.com till date. I have tried to reach Via.com customer care through emails and telephone many times but I am unable to connect with your representative even after waiting for 30 minutes on call.
I request you kindly intervene in this matter regarding my refund for the booking reference FMNAA3ENE30QM and obelize me.
