I booked flight ticket from Easymytrip website and it got cancelled due to state Goverment imposed lockdown in veiw of Covid cases increase. I am chasing Easymytrip for refund money since the day I have cancelled but they always mentioning RA has been raised and it is pending with airline and when I called airline they are saying no such request raised against your ticket or PNR.
It has been more than 9 months and I am yet to get my money refund back, raising this complain in hope of someone can look at the issue and escalate it to the airline or Esaymytrip . All information are mentioned below, please write back if you need more information.
Please please please assist me on this issue.
