Hi,
I had booked a flight ticket from Shirdi (SAG) - Bengaluru (BLR) for travel date on 12th April 2020 in the Spicejet SG-3640 flight on the name of Passenger T R Sai / Sunesh Kumar.
It's been more than a year and i am yet to receive the refund for it.

From - Shirdi (SAG)
To - Bengaluru (BLR)
Can anyone assist me into connecting me to the right source for getting the refund amount.
