I had booked a flight through Happyeasygo from Bhubaneshwar to Delhi and now due to ongoing pendemic I plan to cancel it.
The airline has confirmed that they will refund the full amount without any charges to Happyeasygo but Happyeasygo neither repies on calls and puts me on hold eternally nor does it give a clear answer over email whether my money will be refunded. I need to cancel by tomorrow, can you please assist.
