Sir, I bought an activa (Registration number PB02EB8692) on 20/01/2021 and applied for the registration no. copy through the dealer. Four months have gone by but the RTO (PB02) based at Amritsar, Punjab has not been issuing me the RC of Activa (Registration number PB02EB8692). Kindly issue the necessary guidelines to the office concerned and initiate the action against the person responsible for the delay in issuing me the RC of activa.
