Sir, I have the following two issues of refund whose details are as under:- (i) That i have booked a ticket in Indigo flight on 21.03.2020 form Delhi to Kochi through Udchalo service provider. The details:- Airline PNR: OWSQTH udChalo Trip Id: 3922176 Indigo- 6E - 315 21 Mar 2020 from Delhi (T-1) 05:30 to Kochi (T-1) 08:45 Passenger Details # Name Type Gender Meals Status E-Ticket 1. Joshy Antony Adult Male NA Booked OWSQTH 2. Edwin Joshy Adult Male NA Booked OWSQTH the above ticket was cancelled duet to COVID-19 lockdown. Further as per Govt of India direction the full refund of my booking amount has to be paid to me. But merely as per their routine rule only Rs. 866/- has refunded to me instead of Rs. 7,482/-. Several correspondence have been made through agency and airline in this regard but all in vain. Kindly intervene and get my full refund. (ii)This is in respect of my second booking against my uncle whose details are as under:- The ticket was booked from Delhi to Chennai and back in Air India through Yatra. com on dated 29.06.2020 and back on 03.07.2020 Onward. The flight was cancelled by the airline itself due to COVID , it is going to be one year till today the refund has not been received they are saying one or other excused for the same whenever contacting they are saying wait for 30 days but several such 30 days have gone all in vain.
