Consumer Redressal

I bought a flip-cover worth Rs.1200 for my mobile handset from Nu-York,1 R.N.Mukherjee Rd.Kolkata, WB 700001 (opp)Lalbazar HQ & Ph.033 22488739 on 11/11/2013 vide Bill no. 1626.But the flip cover which has a facility to operate the cell from outside the cover,isn\'t working.I informed the dealer on the very next day but they refuse to change it on the excuse of unavailability of the goods as I insisted to replace it since the cover has 6(six) months warranty.Then I asked to refund the money but I failed to get back the same.I went the shop so many times leaving my duty behind.I called the employee of the shop,named Rijwan,who is in-charge of selling accessories over his cell no. 9088223599 asking if the goods has come.Finding no result I told the cashier but he showed Rijwan again for any negotiations.Rijwan advised me to use the damaged cover as it looks very nice & no replacement would be possible nor the money would be refunded.Kindly take necessary action.I\'ve been harassed.
