Greetings,
I had booked a ticket from Easemy trip/ Etihad airlines for my trip from Delhi to Milan. But the flight got cancelled.
The ticket had cost me 31747 rupees. But the airline is promising to refund only 19474 rupees and it has been more than a month now and still I havent received a penny in return yet.
please help me get back my money
