I have booked a round trip flight ticket for a sum Rs.60881/-with Goibibo travel agency on 06.03.2020 to Miss.Gunasekaran Saihemapriya, a medical student studying at State Medical University, Perm state, Russia. Unfortunately due to Naval Corona Virus pandemic situation the scheduled fights are cancelled by the Government with a circular to refund the full amount. Onward Journey 30.06.2020 -01.07.2020 Return Journey (30.08.2020 -31.08.2020 PERM-PEE to Moscow DME Moscow DME to Muscat –MCT Muscat –MCT to Chennai –MAA MAA to Muscat MCT Muscat-MCT to Moscow-DME Moscow-DME to PERM-PEE But, even after my repeated approach with the Goibibo travel agency, I have not received any secured reply from them or even any alternative option was also not given by them. They are always sending system auto generated messages that tell: we have received your request. Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days. Further, their website shows a refundable amount Rs.59852/-.for me. Hence, I request you to kindly consider my request and take necessary steps to get the refundable amount at an early date.
