Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice that the online aggregator carbikemovers.com(Mob: +91-9355231695) along with their listed transport person Mr. Ankit sharma( Mob: +91-6378637079) from BCC packers and movers(+91-9040102020) have collected my bike(MH12 EP 7553) from Pune for transfer to my hometown at SAS Nagar, Mohali under an all inclusive quotation of Rs. 8000 and promised to deliver the bike to my house in 7 days. I have already paid Rs. 5500 to Ankit Sharma in his Bank of Baroda, Bhiwani account but he has refused to handover my bike unless I pay him Rs. 5000 more.  This seemingly amounts to extortion and blackmail as he has changed the price earlier quoted and is trying to extort money because my bike is in his custody since the last 2 weeks. He has also expressed on call that he is not scared of any authorities such as the police. As a bike owner, I find it my duty to inform the authorities about this as my bike may be misused for any criminal purposes by him. Hence I want to lodge a complaint against the following people and seek your intervention in the above matter: 1. Ankit Sharma ( Mob: +91-6378637079) 2. BCC Packers and movers (Mob: +91-9040102020) 3. carbikemovers.com (Mob: +91-9355231695) I request the police authorities to take strict action against Ankit Sharma as well as carandbikemovers.com and BCC packers and movers.
