I booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Taipei via Bangkok in Thai Airways International on February 28, 2020. I booked the ticket in Makemy trip and the booking id is NN2813353029186, PNR - LYINQG and E-ticket no. - 217-3319565766. I was supposed to fly on 5th April 2020 but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the flight was canceled. The cost of the ticket is Rupees 39839/-. Now Makemy trip and Thai airways both are denying to refund the amount without giving any reason. The amount I spent is huge for me and I want to get my refund. Please help.
