My Air India domestic ticket numbers are 0982135011519/520, I had cancelled on same day of booking on 20feb and as per air india rule I am supposed to get full refund 4748, I have sent several emails, called nearly 10 times, but the customer service just says they will escalate the matter, they don't have a supervisor to talk to nor any other senior person who can look into the matter.
They had replied via email about 15 days back, just saying that the refund will be processed soon, I don't know the meaning of this word soon, it can be a month, a year or a century.
Please help me with my refund
