I have booked Air tickets through Happy Easy Go for traveling in April-2020 however due to pandemic I could not travel. I have message from Airlines that they have refund the money to travel agent. They are not returning the same.
They have not refuse to return but every time come up with some excuse and not giving refund. I have email communication with them.
Please help me to get my refund
