Consumer Redressal

Booked Mumbai - Kolkata flight No. 6E 997 on 2.1.2021 and Kolkata - Mumbai flight No. 6E 5364 on 7.1.2021 under PNR No. ZL8NKJ. Both the sectors were direct flight. Passenger was Mrs. Kanta Bhakta, my wife and total amount Rs.12676/- paid from my bank account with SBI. Indigo cancelled flight No. 6E 997 dated 2.1.2021 and suo motu booked by Indigo flight No. 6E 6458 via Bengaluru. Since the flight was suiting the requirement, cancelled both the tickets. Indigo refunded Rs.6365/- i.e. the amount for Mumbai - Kolkata flight and the same was credited to my SBI account on 2.1.2021. On taking up with Indigo, it was confirmed that the amount of Rs.6311/- was also refunded by ARN No. 74332741001036617068842 on 31.12.2020. Till date (27.3.2021) the amount is credited in my SBI Bank Account. There is protracted correspondence with Indigo and SBI. SBI confirmed that they have not credited the amount of Rs.6311/- to my account and there is no pending amount to be credited in the SBI's branch where my above account is maintained. Indigo is avoiding to take up through its own Bank with SBI to ascertain where the amount is credited and take refund for not crediting to my account. Thereafter organise refund to me. Correspondence is going on and Indigo is not providing the bank details where they have instructed their Bank to credit my SBI Account, which is not being provided. Indigo's helpline gives stereotype reply which is not at all satisfactory. Since SBI, with whom I can interact personally has provided all details. Under the circumstance, request you to kindly help me in getting the due refund of Rs.6365/- at the earliest. Since I am retired officials i had to break my FD for meeting some of the expenditure. Request your early resolution of the complaint.
