Consumer Redressal

Sub: Case File 183/2011, decision dated 18 Feb 2013 and Execution Order Dated 5th Feb 2015 I, Lt Col Yash Pal Chopra deposited Rs. 2,60,000/- in the year 2007 & 2008 to Pal Infrastructure and Development Pvt.Ltd. from my hard earned money for purchase of Plot in Neemrana. The case was initiated in 2011 to get my refund and decision by Forum in my favour was taken on 18th Feb 2013. Pal Group was asked to pay Rs 4 Lakh to me. No favourable action was taken to get my deposited amount. Pal Group is still collecting money on various projects in NCR and selling their properties with impunity. The case was filed jointly by me with my son DHEERAJ CHOPRA co-applicant. I am now 79 years old and my son is also unable to run around. To get the money back we spent lot of money in transportation and time. From the last 18 years, I am suffering from Arthritics & Hypertension.
