Sir,
I had furnished my house with painting the walls. The paint I had purchased for amount of Rs.12,000/- and labour charges for painter for painting the was is about Rs.13,000/- The total amount I spent for painting was about Rs.25,000/-. After painting the wall for about 4 days . The colour of the wall is fade and the colour is not good it is watery. Hence I contacted the paint shop but he is not giving responsive reply. They reply that it is fault of the painter. I need to go for consumer complaint. The Name of the shop is M/s New Kadirvel Mudaliar, No.222, Gandhi Road, Kanchipuram. It is requested to do the needful how to proceed further in this matter.
