A team of 10 govt retired partners create a society in the name Government and Public sector housing welfare organisation address 197 E Mayur vihar New delhi and given a big ad in Hindustan times and other paper for booking a flat for Govt and PSU employees. Approx 1200 to 1500 buyers had booked theirs flat from between 2010 to 2012 in the name of Shubhkamna city and Techhomes in noida and greater Noida. Most of the buyers have upto 90 percent of total but all partners are absconded from last 6 years . Case is in NCLT from last 3 years and willingly builders put this application in NCLT to through his own contractors. Buyers are suffering for theirs flat but no resolution has been done by RERA OR NCLT. Only Diwakar sharma retd from Army has been arrested by EOW in the other case of cheatingand rest are enjoying on buyers money. they do not have fear of administration. Builders of Shubhkamna buildtech are doing only cheating they invest buyers money in other business.
