Subject - Refund amount for PNR - Z9D56
I had booked a ticket in Air India with PNR no. - JYRCK. I am sending multiple email from last one year. Only i get acknowledge ment that i will get refund. But never received any amount . I still following it without any hope.
Kindly do the needful and refund my cancelled amount.
