I have taken package from The Great Vaccation Club, sales person was Mr Anas on Dated 2nd Feb 2021 confirmed my package with following details on that time I told him that my anniversary is on 14th Feb 2021 for that purpose I want to travel to GOA for Anniversary so please arrange package with Honeymoon inclusion, 3star hotel with Breakfast( Specifically mention Grand Reveira Hotel ), Pick up from Railway Station and Drop to Airport Cab for 2 Nights & 3 Days. ( Travel Date will be 27th Mar 21 to 29th Mar 21 ) Mr. Anas from The Great Vacation Club told me that he will arrange all above mention with addition to that Cruise Part on Free of Cost in Rs 7500/- Per Couple. I have again confirmed on same day that above mention inclusion on whatsapp that this will in my tour. Mr Anas told me to share Aadhar Card of me and my wife and he told me to share 50% payment details of total package Rs. 7500/- for Hotel Confirmation and Driver details. On Same day, I paid Rs. 2000/- plus Rs. 1500/- via Paytm which was given by Mr Anas ( Patym No is 9818936351 ). Mr Anas from The Great Travel Vaccation club has confirmed Rs. 3500/- received in his bank account on same day. then I asked Mr Anas to share hotel confirmation and relavant details as per agreed terms but he said that he will share in some time. I regularly called up from 2nd Feb 21 to 12th Feb 21 with Mr. Anas but he never replied. On whatsapp, he said that you to contact with Mr. Virat from Booking Department he will help you on the same. I called to Mr. Virat but he is rude and not helpful nature guy, he arrogantly said that he will not confirm his package as we have to pay balance amount for hotel confirmation. I again paid balance Rs. 4000/- on Dated 25th Feb 21 after Mr Virat told me pay final Rs. 4000/- to pay for Hotel Confirmation & other details. After Balance amount paid he suppose send Hotel confirmation and other details but he refused to give hotel confirmation and details. He then said to me that you have already married then why you have asked for Honeymoon inclusion for Free of cost, we will not able to give. I clearly told to Mr. Anas while booking that I have to travel for my anniversary tour so Honeymoon activities need to arrange so where I have hide that I am not married. Mr. Virat continously told me to pay Tax amount of Rs. 4375/- ( I dont know from where he got this amount ) over and above package cost of Rs. 7500/- which was already paid to him and finalise and confirmed by Great vacation club. on 17th Mar 21, I shouted on him saying that where is my hotel confirmation and other details on that time also he said that pay tax amount and kyu zhoot bola apne ki honeymoon activites chahiye apko. I clearly said to him that If you dont want to give service and you to have to just want to me to pay amount & amount then sorry I have to write review and file complaint against your company ( The Great Vacation Club ) for cheating me for not to provide Hotel Confirmation and details when total package cost already paid before check in. From this conversation and event, all of you guys, it is clearly visible that The Great Vaccation Club employee Mr. Anas , Mr Raj Dixit ( Patym No Guy ) and Mr. Virat are cheaters and frauder. I urge to The Great Vaccation Club management remove Mr Anas, Mr. Raj Dixit and Mr. Virat from your valueable company. They are cheaters and frauders. You as a company will loose customers from this kind of service and attitude of employees. If you as a company will involve in such kind of fraud then I urge all customers and people who are searching for travel agents then please dont go or dont take or dont purchase any package or any service from with The Great Vaccation Club situated in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Please please dont buy any package from The Great Vaccation Club, they are cheaters and frauder.
